| 03-06-07 Rose Draft - 007: Large sizes were pressed first and then smaller and smaller slices were layered and pressed. The sheet was pressed 4 times in all directions for each layer. Since the sheet got larger than the pasta machine rollers the smallest slices were pressed with a wooden rolling pin. The work surface was dusted to prevent the sheet from sticking. | ||
