Double Chocolate Donut - 001: To make a double chocolate donut you have to have some contrast between the chocolate cake of the donut and the topping. Premo Burnt Umber is the perfect dark chocolate straight out of the pack. A touch of white, or in this case a bit of pearl, added to the burnt umber makes the chocolate cake mix for the donut.
