Food Index, Bakery, 04-22-04: Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Pineapple done with yellow with translucent with yellow and white separating sheets. It was ok for raw pineapple but not for upside down cake. It lacked the glaze. So Translucent Liquid Sculpey with a touch of Burnt Umber smoothed over the pineapple and cherries gives you a glazed effect. The "flour" on the bread is shaved pastel pencil. |
