04-04-05 MerGoblin - 003:What most MerDudes do not have is proportioned lower bodies. What I do is sculpt a full body nude male. Then I cover with something fishy over the legs and feet. That way your MerDudes don't look like their lower portions are so puny. The plastic wrap covers all areas I'm not working on to keep him clean.

Fish Scale is the clay technique that covers his lower body, his shoulders and horns. Just a jelly roll blend, cut into quarters and restacked with the points going in the same direction. Try it out, it's easy and a nifty trick.
