Bed O Flowers with Leaves -011, Quick mention about the ruffled leaves here. It's a circle made with the red/green cane. The individual leaves are curled down at the tile's edge.  Wedges of that went into the circle cane, ruffle the edge and poke in the middle and you this effect.
