11-29-03: Demo on Holiday Cooking 008: Making a mini sandwich is very much like you would one in real life, I concentrate the different canes towards the part of the sandwich I'm going to cut, so we see all the different colors. Finish with shiny stuff only on the inside of the sandwich, around the edge. Not on the bread. Shiny bread just ain't real looking.
