Silver and Blue Fish Scale: The cane sample, that little triangle bit is the building block of these sheet. Here the jelly roll blend has the blue in the center, like the first picture, but it was fish scaled, reduced and cut and stacked and reduced again. There's three sheets in this picture. The tighter the design the darker the silver looks. The wide upper sheet is pressed at the thinnest setting of the pasta press and is the "brightest" silver of this set.
