Feb. 2002 Lunch Group I tend to make carrots with a bit of yellow at the center. Not the best carrots to eat in real life but they show up better when cut and in a mini bowl. Pickled carrot sticks in a translucent clay "jar". Just a plug of translucent raw with cured carrots folded in, wet sand and finished.
