The Diner: Here are the first experiments with making orange marmalade. The meringue on top of the pie is made of translucent, pearl and glow in the dark. I'm really happy with that. The sandwiches are made with uncured slices of what ever I can find, tomato, salami, cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, just like you'd make one.
