1999 Day of the Dead Skull Egg
The color on this skull came from pastel chalk that was shaved with the edge of an exacto knife. When there was a pile of pastel chalk dust I used make up brushes to dust the large areas while the white Sculpey was still raw. After the wide areas were dusted with color I used "clayshapers" of different shapes and dipped them into the pastel chalk dust and pressed them into the raw clay to get those designs. Cheap and Easy.
