One way to make your sculpting life a little easier is to put a skull under the flesh. On this page I'm showing some pictures from a website named Bone Clones. These are not "real" skulls but replicas. What I want to share with you here are how different ethnic groups have different skull formations. Note the difference in the prefrontal lobe between male and female. Note the jaw line difference between male and female. Check out Bone Clones for more examples of human skulls and skeletons. If we're going to sculpt humans let's start from the bones, e.g. aluminum foil armature, and then work outward from there.
