Abalone-Pearl Experiment Page - 02: Now this is something I suggest my claymates give an effort to at least once. Take an intricate cane. Cut a thick slice. Thin it out so it's a pendant sized sheet. Lay on a mound of clay, in this case it's a mound of pearl. Then press in on the dark lines. Push, pull and bend to exaggerate those indentations. This piece is one half of a pendant, the other half are a pair of fish.
