Sunday: To Second break at 3:30pm

Fearless Leader: at this point I need to take a potty break
Fearless Leader: 5 minutes
merrie60us: okay brb
Fearless Leader: when I get back well slice and press and see what we
have
Fearless Leader: Hey Guys!!
Fearless Leader: you all there?!
chenoa_2b: yep
frogger70301: I am.
Fearless Leader: NoraJean.Com/Biz-Archive/index
Fearless Leader: go check
Fearless Leader: It's finally able to accept my files, had trouble for
days after getting it
Fearless Leader: you're the FIRST to see it
frogger70301: Nice! I love the background.
chenoa_2b: Not bad at all!
Fearless Leader: My commercial site is Leather background
Fearless Leader: that's my drawing there
Fearless Leader: she used to be just copping a smoke
chenoa_2b: And what else would it have been? lol
Fearless Leader: and folks got on my case about that
Fearless Leader: so I gave them glitter
Fearless Leader: here dang it
Fearless Leader: get off the hem of my dress
Fearless Leader: LOL
Fearless Leader: I'm stoked
merrie60us: great
Fearless Leader: let me put a sentence on that page and I'll be back
to this cane. I'm thinking we need to reduce this more and slice and
stack it more for it to be wowsie
Fearless Leader: brb
merrie60us: is this in addition to your other websites?
frogger70301: I think this is the one she is going to do business
through.
merrie60us: great
frogger70301: AAArgh! My angel is starting to look like Freddy!
Fearless Leader: Freddy of Friday the 13th?
frogger70301: Yeah.
Fearless Leader: poor baby, big hugs
Fearless Leader: hey, it happens, what we do learn from these things
is to get the face sculpted and cured first and then build a body
around it. Cheer yourself up with looking at
Fearless Leader: the short sad life of Xev-1
Fearless Leader: tons of pictures ending with her post mortem autopsy
Fearless Leader: so many miscalculations in one web section, sort of
like a public confession of not knowing how to plan ahead
Fearless Leader: or in your case
Fearless Leader: plan a head
chenoa_2b: rotf!
Fearless Leader: tell you what, if you're getting frustrated
Fearless Leader: put her aside for a tick and come chitter chatter
with us here
frogger70301: Sounds good.
Fearless Leader: pick up some other clay and just condition in and get
your feathers settled while we settle the feather sections on this
dang cane here
Fearless Leader: ok?
Fearless Leader: my darling girl, chill and be lelaxed
frogger70301: sure.
Fearless Leader: and don't help any newbies
Fearless Leader: until you're all calm and happy
frogger70301:
Fearless Leader: he he he
Fearless Leader: now, let's reduce this cane here like a cone and
stack the sections
chenoa_2b: love ya mitch
Fearless Leader: I think it can afford to get busier
frogger70301: love ya too Cary.
Fearless Leader: Ya, I could feel her tummy get tight all the way over
here, nownowtherethere
Fearless Leader: wow look at the roller action
Fearless Leader: LOL
merrie60us: what are you doing
merrie60us: re shaping?
chenoa_2b: That rolling pin monuver reminded me of some of my ex
driving! lol
Fearless Leader: how does one reduce a cone shape?
frogger70301: using the roller to get the sides smooth.
chenoa_2b: send it to NJ?
Fearless Leader: fingers just make indentations and screw up our
design
merrie60us: okay okay
merrie60us: would you do that for a triangle also?
Fearless Leader: naw, I just now discovered it to my delight
Fearless Leader: dunno, we could give it an effort
Fearless Leader: and if
Fearless Leader: our asses don't fall off
Fearless Leader: we're good to use it again
Fearless Leader:
chenoa_2b: lol
Fearless Leader: God, what some people must think when they read our
logs
merrie60us:
Fearless Leader: ah well, as I am wont to say
chenoa_2b: NJ I think we should get colds more often! lol
Fearless Leader: joke them
Fearless Leader: if they can't take a
Fearless Leader: you know what
Fearless Leader: he he he
Fearless Leader: Ya, these meds are a cheap high I tell you
boobearns joined the room
Fearless Leader: Doro
Fearless Leader: hey darling
boobearns: Hi
chenoa_2b: Doro! welcome!
merrie60us: HI
boobearns: what is NJ working on tonight?
merrie60us: feather
merrie60us: experiments
chenoa_2b: did she fold that in half?
boobearns: thanks
frogger70301: I dunno I missed it.
merrie60us: not sure
frogger70301: hunny bunny walked in.
merrie60us: don't think so
chenoa_2b: hi hunny bunny!
Fearless Leader: questions?
Fearless Leader: I saw questions
merrie60us: yes what did you do
chenoa_2b: did you fold that cane in half.
chenoa_2b: Nope, I don't think you did. Ok
Fearless Leader: going back to the jellyroll blend, we cut it and
surrounded it
Fearless Leader: and reduced it to the cone
Fearless Leader: then we sliced it and stacked it to where it is now
frogger70301: Well, gotta go for a bit. I'll be back a little later.
frogger70301: Bye guys!
Fearless Leader: there's like four sections there
boobearns: take care Mitch
Fearless Leader: Ciao Mitch
chenoa_2b: by
frogger70301 left the room
Fearless Leader: so I stacked four sections of this cane and put
another sheet of surround
Fearless Leader: because when you reduce canes the outside sheet gets
all thinned out
Fearless Leader: colors start coming through effecting the design
inside
Fearless Leader: so just give it fresh surround when you see that
happening
Fearless Leader: so then
Fearless Leader: with this new surround sheet I thought to reduce this
cane into a cone shape again
boobearns: why a cone?
Fearless Leader: just a bit, for being able to slice off different
sizes for pressing onto sheets
Fearless Leader: big sizes on one end, small sizes on the other end,
gives instant variation
chenoa_2b: and you had way to much fun playing with the rolling pin.
Fearless Leader: LOL
boobearns: makes sense, I guess,
Fearless Leader: so at this point I thought, this whole cane can be
reduced to a longer cone, sliced and stacked again with no ill effect
Fearless Leader: or that's the theory
boobearns: gotta run, kids are going at it again....grrrr.
chenoa_2b: Wont the small end get to tiny and messed up?
boobearns left the room
Fearless Leader: cut that messed up part off
chenoa_2b: ok
Fearless Leader: goes into the chop for the beads to this winged
pendant will match then
Fearless Leader: so it's not only tapered going from end to end
chenoa_2b: ok
Fearless Leader: I'm narrowing it as I taper
Fearless Leader: so we have small short bits with fat long bits
Fearless Leader: when we cut and stack it
Fearless Leader: so let's do that and see if this brain fart floats
balloons
chenoa_2b: ok
Fearless Leader: Don't look too bad
chenoa_2b: hummm not bad at all
Fearless Leader: so let's slice and stack these sections then
dahs512 joined the room
merrie60us: looks like reptile skin
merrie60us: from here
chenoa_2b: Dang! That is getting prettier and prettier!
merrie60us: very nice my son like it also
chenoa_2b: kid has good taste!
merrie60us: I think so but I am biased
chenoa_2b: It is ok, we all are! lol
merrie60us: ooh
Fearless Leader: let's slice this bad boy and press it
Fearless Leader: when you have a narrow cane like this
Fearless Leader: and you want to slice as much usable bits as possible
Fearless Leader: back it up with scrap clay for a handle
Fearless Leader: this thing is hecka big
Fearless Leader: It should be reduced more
Fearless Leader: but it is way over heated
Fearless Leader: I need to tuck it in the freezer for a couple of
minutes
merrie60us: I can't wait to see it !!!!\
Fearless Leader: I don't want it to mush too much with slicing
Fearless Leader: so let's take a potty break and cool this cane here
chenoa_2b: Imagine the mirror images with it!
Fearless Leader: if nothing else the chop will be nice, eh?
Fearless Leader: so no fear of failure
merrie60us: brb
Fearless Leader: let me cool this cane and kiss my husband
chenoa_2b: lol go girl!
Fearless Leader: break and I'll save log here
