Meat MixI did this mix back in 1999, before I ever got hold of translucent clay. Also it's the grain of the muscle more than the fat marble that I was aiming at. I didn't explain it right in the picture. The round bits if kept together can be a roast beef, tie a bit of twine around a log of meat, dust the top with a darker brown, slice, not all the way through, a couple of slices and let them flop over. Looks like roast beef.
