Meat Mix: This might not seem too impressive just as it is, but when shaped and cured as is seen in the first picture of this Meat Mix section it looks like clam. If buried in a sushi roll it's the meat representative amongst the vegetables. These slices if sliced again into ribbons are good in chow mein or faux stir fry.
