CheeseBurger and Fries: The hamburger patty should not be only one color. Cooked burgers are not one color but many colors, brown, black, some translucent for fat. Take these colors and chop them up really small, use a food processor and then form into a log. Slice bits off of that log and start chopping them up to see how further you need to distribute the different colors. Form into a patty sized log and slice off your patties, smooth around the edges because patties are not straight on their sides, not the fresh made ones. Frozen patties in a bag, extruded out of the meat machine isn't what we're aiming for with this mini. The platters are another iteration of the faux wood technique.
