Rice N Pizza Group 2: I wanted to point out that white garnish on the upper left side of that bento tray. Diakon is a root that Japanese people use all the time, like a radish but as long as a child's arm. Scary thought. Anyway, it's not just white, it's white in translucent. I have this big diakon cane, for use with garnish.

I made a wedge of no color translucent and surrounded it with pearl, made a star burst, reduced to mini and I just slice off one disk and mince up garnish like this.

You can see the lines in the meat and how they show through the gravy. Makes me think I should go cook dinner when this section is done.
