Fearless Leader: The eyeglasses were made with TLS and beading wire, my first eyeglass effort. He is a real person, it's a portrait effort. Fearless Leader: Lex Giggeroff gave me permission to use the characters in his TV Series LEXX for teaching tools, for sculpting Fearless Leader: Biz-Archive/LEXX-Home/Gigeroff-Index vlady6us: thats so cool Fearless Leader: On that page you can see him in my Tiger Stripe Hat Fearless Leader: he's a goof chelyha55: did you all check out "Boyz from the Wood"? chelyha55: someone put a link up to her site yesterday Fearless Leader: He took my hat and put his baseball cap on my head and then he went into a half a hour of hillbilly speak meplus5kids: I saw her stuff, she's great!! Also, a very interesting story behind it. chelyha55: yeah, tragic but inspiring chelyha55: I love the glasses NJ Fearless Leader: I looked but didn't have the energy to read the story behind it, although I peeked at the "au natural" picture. She's very "generous". Shannon: I have seen that site before Cheryl.... I love her stuff! chelyha55: yeah I noticed that perceptionsnpc: I like the glasses too. chelyha55: I was pretty blown away Fearless Leader: She's a good sculptor, that's a fact. Shannon: they really are amazing! I just love the faces! chelyha55: so this guy is a friend of yours NJ? Shannon: that's my hardest part Fearless Leader: in 2001 I went to Halifax to the LEXX un-Convention to meet the cast and crew of LEXX. Lex Giggeroff is the creator of the show. I went to ask for permission to use the characters from the show as subjects for teaching sculpting. I didn't want to be sued down the line. chelyha55: I don't know if I'll ever get sculpting faces down. I may try again next year chelyha55: oh yeah, I've heard you mention LEXX several times though I have no idea what it is Shannon: well, I'll tell you what...
