Tongues Of Fire Cane - Part 1 This is the first part of a cane tutorial using Tongues Of Fire colors of white, yellow, red, and black. I make a pinwheel. Then it is cut into 4 sections. One section is left whole, two sections are cut in half, and one section is cut into fourths. I am showing still pictures with 5 seconds of narration for each picture and that was a learning experience. In real time the cane construction took about an hour. |

10-19-19: It took three days to make the

Old Hard Polymer Clay video because
of a couple of reasons: (1) Yahoo Groups will no longer host uploaded content. Only email exchanges. I downloaded all the files to save them. I left the photos unsaved. After nearly 20 years (1999 to 2019) of hosting Yahoo Groups CITY-o-Clay there were a boatload of photos there and I was overwhelmed with the task. Maybe before Yahoo Groups deletes them I'll take a stab at saving the photos. (2) I had created a Google Group for CITY-o-Clay back in 2013 because Yahoo was seemingly teetering on it's last leg. I have invited ClayMates from CITY-o-Clay to join me there. Y'all can join us there just say you saw the link on my website. It'll be the first place I post content because I'm annoyed with Yahoo Groups (3) I was testing making videos with a Samsung Note 9 and learning how to add narration to a video in NCH Video Pad. (4) After all that I now get this posted to my website. So four days to share a 5 minute video. |

December 14, 2019 Yahoo Groups will no longer host user created
content on its sites. New content can no longer be uploaded after
October 28, 2019. Sending/Receiving email functionality is not going away, you can continue to communicate via any email client with your group members. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I created a CITY-o-Clay Google Group in 2013 because there were rumors that Yahoo Groups was shutting down. Now it has begun by deleting all the files and photos. An announcement was sent to COC at Yahoo Groups that we can congregate at the COC Google Group. Month. That included Native American, SouthWest and TexMex themes.
Food, pottery and sculpted folks.Dias de los Muertos is one of my favorite holidays and there are some tutorials that celebrate what I call "DOD" Day of the Dead. Go to the Mexico index and find some tutorials that are interesting to you. |

10-10-19: ClayMates: I had my son drag out my polymer clay supplies so I can access them. I woke up with the desire to make some thing. Don't know what. I have a lot of uncured items that have been in storage for years. I don't know if my supplies are usable but I have a feeling they could be if mixed with Liquid polymer clay. We'll see. |

10-10-19 : Response to a request to post photos of my new
creations I replied: "I'm planning on posting tutorials and videos of my return to polymer clay. I'll post them here on FB. I woke up with the desire to make little "Book Pins" merging polymer clay with my writing process. There were tutorials on how to put polymer clay covers on note books. I'm reading Harry Potter for the first time and the Book of Monsters just tickled me." I will post photos and videos to this website, my polymer clay YouTube channel, and my FB Page https://www.facebook.com/auntyalias/ focused on art and writing. |

July 29, 2019: Removed Google Ad from the home page. It
wasn't getting click throughs and I wasn't making any money from it
... so it's gone. Still writing K-Rave 2: The Crusade. Didn't do Camp NaNoWriMo for July because I was removing as many words as I was adding during the edits. |

| July 29, 2019: Still doing Keto: No cheat days. I lost 37 pounds in less than a year. Not bad for not exercising. We'll see what my doctor says during my annual visit in late August. I'm hoping for a lower A1C than 5.3. Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed. Here's the latest before and after Keto face. My sister says my butt is "hella smaller" I can't vouch for that. I have to admit that I feel better turning 70 in August than I did when I was 50 years old. I owe that to Keto. | ||||||||

 01-03-2019: This is my first Keto Before and After photo. I wore my 2017 NaNoWriMo T-shirt when going to lunch with my sister and she took my picture. Then I started Keto and after 3 months I lost 23 pounds. I also lowered my A1C level from 7.5 to 5.3, reversing a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis. I'll be writing more about my Keto journey soon. |

It was not supposed to be the NoraJean show but a community of artists. I took the join button off of the home page because if you got this far you're interested in being in a community.
