2002 Oranges This is the finished orange. I zigzagged while peeling with the razor, don't really like that effect so I'm more careful now when I peel. The rind is three colors. Dark orange for the outside, a middle range yellow orange for the middle and a very pale orange yellow for what meets the flesh of the orange inside. Three sheets done at the widest setting and then stacked and then pressed at the widest setting again to merge the three colors. For lemons and limes do the same three sheet color thing and you'll see the results when you slice.
