2002 Oranges: Now you're asking yourself...Hey, isn't she putting peeling inside of the orange? Yes I am, for when this is reduced to mini size I'm adding a whole new sheet of peeling on the outside of the cane. That's the trick I fell over recently. Take out all the guess work of whether you're slicing straight down on a plug. No problem if the segments are already uniform. No problem of getting it centered. All that hassle is eliminated when you make a wedge log, slice it into sections and build your wheel, or circle, or orange ....it's not just for this mini orange, but do this when building in the round, it'll save you time and torn out hair.
