2002 Sushi, Noodle and Dim Sum Don't ya love production lines? I do. Taking a bit of this and that these platters get loosely filled. There's going to be sides to these platters, garnish and such all, so I'm not packing them in tight. Interesting thing this wood grain. I used an OLD sheet of clay, lots of the plasticizer leached out. When I ran them together the light brown crumbled. But it was a GREAT effect. Aged it, made it imperfect, just like real life.
