Rainbow Ammonite - When doing ammonites with cane we loose the texture of the shell. There's these wonderful ridges and I wanted to accentuate them some how. Some ammonites get opalized and I love that. I took a blue-pearl and silver mirror image on purple pendant, laid thin gold sheet on it, topped that off with thin strips of black, cut it like crazy, stacked and reduced madly and got this wiggly effect. I'll tell more as we do close up shots.
