Rainbow Ammonite - Some of the goofiest things amuse me. You know when you're reducing straight lines and they go all wiggly? Well here is where you get revenge, these lines are supposed to be wiggly. I pressed in the clay where there was color and didn't where there was gold. You can do it anyway you want. If you look at ammonite fossils you'll see the chrysanthemum cane technique going along the outside of the shell, in all sorts of colors. There are cases where opals eased in the chambers, so these colors aren't too unusual. |
