Ammonite Experiments - The Second effort is a filler snake covered with a basket weave cane slice and then rolled. This basket weave cane is made of the bamboo cane, (which gets around a lot) formed into a rectangle cane. Surround that with black. Slice into sections and stack in a herringbone pattern. When you do you'll have triangular peaks on both sides of your log of herringbone. Slice off the triangle peaks from one side. Where you slice is where the triangles start to pull away from the main body of the cane. Then take what you slice off and fit it into the V shapes on the other side of your cane. It will even off that bottom edge. That's the trick of the week in text.
