Fearless Leader: this isn't going to be the last word on turquoise
but I want to find a method to do turquoise without using paint or
it just being a surface technique.

diamonds making a diamond

hlynn1975: wax specially designed for basketball courts would be

Phyl: Doug you booted me right out of yahoo
Phyl: lol
poonkie2: is it better than special polymer glaze?
vlady6us: its way shiny
DTIntermart: Sorry Did not mean to :(
Fearless Leader: It dries better than Future Jean
Fearless Leader: not as tacky, less drips, it's thinner
tedi382001: does it get bubbly?
vlady6us: neat
Fearless Leader: but it's a quicker drying product
Phyl: wuzn't your fault Doug lol
Fearless Leader: blow on the bubbles and they are gone
stargazer_sbpcg: cool!
vlady6us: i like the shine a lot
DTIntermart: LOL

gazillion parts translucent
chmatt194: polish is great
stargazer_sbpcg: yeah, blow little puffs... to pop bubbles...
DTIntermart: I love the one on the right looks graseat..
Fearless Leader: yup, puff puff
vlady6us: i do that with future

expectations they will be fine
DTIntermart: I love it :-)
Fearless Leader: LOL
vlady6us: lol
vlady6us: the darker jade is totally awesome
hlynn1975: the mix really looks cool but I think it needs more green
to look like turquoise.
countrylady100ca: Are you taking a break until tomorrow to refresh
up.. Now we know what you look like when you got up half hour before
demo. wink
Fearless Leader: Ok, now we were doing rattlesnake, are we still

chmatt194: Yes
jude: No fangs, NJ!
rickiebeth1: I am ready to watch whatever you want to make
tedi382001: yep
Shannon: yeppers
poonkie2: I won't be able to stay too long, I have friends coming
over for diner
Fearless Leader: ok, these colors I took out I have to rechop and
repress for they've been in storage
Fearless Leader: the plasticizers leach to the lowest gravity level
Fearless Leader: and therefore the elastic properties are uneven
with stored sheets
Fearless Leader: remember when you press cane slices on a sheet, use
it then, don't store it
countrylady100ca: I am curious what is the plasticizers leach ?????
Fearless Leader: this shift of plasticizers will crack your pressed
cane slice sheets.
Fearless Leader: When clay is too soft, one can lay sheets of clay
on a paper towel to leach out the excess plasticizers, which are in
polymer clay so we can pull it like taffy.
countrylady100ca: oh kewl
Fearless Leader: pressed sheets, resting, the plasticizers migrate
to the lowest gravity point, making the elastic properties of that
sheet be uneven, causing cracking
Fearless Leader: look
DTIntermart: there is no way to save them NJ?
DTIntermart: or restore them..
Fearless Leader: re chop in the food processor, drizzle a bit of
TLS, repress
vlady6us: just recycle them doug
countrylady100ca: That's why I have problems.
Fearless Leader: that's what I need to do now
Fearless Leader: so amuse yourselves while I do that to these solid
color sheets
jill_z_q joined the room
vlady6us: hi suzy
DTIntermart: Me too i usually make a bunch of sheets and store them
then they crumble when I use them... now i know why
vlady6us: come on doug. get up here and dance

rickiebeth1: hi suzy
