The skull is made with aluminum foil. A lot of it. When you need a forehead, wad up some foil and put it in place, shape and cover with another sheet of foil. |

Here I am mashing a nose into place and shaping the eye sockets and forehead. |

When I get some mounds close to how I want it I cover it with another sheet of foil like this. |

At this point you can start fine tuning the shape of what ever you're making. |

The slope of the cheek was made with putting where I wanted a flat area on the work table and leaning on it. To get the chin round I held up the skull and put the chin on the table and rolled it around. |
